I am also a Reiki Master Teacher trained in the Usui tradition of Reiki. Reiki is a simple technique for healing, stress reduction and relaxation. It is safe yet effective and is easily learned. What do I mean by spiritual growth and spiritual counseling?

At your core you are a spiritual being. When I speak of spiritual I am referring to your essence, that part of you that is eternal also called your true self. As a spiritual counselor I act as a facilitator to assist in helping you get in touch with who you really are at the essence of your being, your authentic self. Often your life is run by your ego and by negative thinking or self-talk. Part of my work is to help you get clear on the difference between your ego and your inner, spiritual self or essence. By doing this you will more easily be able to release limiting patterns and live a happier, more fulfilling life. Everything is energy and at your core you are an energy being. This is the spiritual dimension of your existence and your life.
