Hi Irina,

So glad to have you commenting on my blog.

I know that when times are challenging that it may be difficult to appreciate the situation. I find it helps to look for the growth and healing opportunity. Often difficult situations turn out to be blessings in disguise.

Wishing you all the best,
Susan

Hi Nancy,

Agree- much better to reach for the better feeling thought. This may require some discipline at first but it gets easier with practice. Definitely worth it especially as one sees the positive results.

Thanks for commenting.

You've shared the basic steps, Susan, and while they may seem to be a bit of work for the newbie...most of us know from experience that doing this work is MUCH easier than suffering and struggling in the downward spiral of negativity.

The choice boils down to staying in the quagmire of negativity or reach for better feelings as a lifeline to a better life experience.

I hope those who are new to this work give your 5 steps a try~even baby steps at first, if necessary~so they can realize the benefit, too!

Many blessings,
Nancy
