Welcome to my blog. I am not clear on what you mean by my “go to” guy? My “go-to” guy for what? Writing my blog? Posting my blog? Maintaining a Word Press site? Where we get the information posted here? All the blogs are written and posted by me. I maintain this WP site. My information comes from over 30 years experience in the holistic/self-development field studying many modalities.
