Reiki is taught in levels, or degrees. This course teaches you First Degree Reiki based on the Usui system of natural healing.
Level One First Degree is the foundation for all Reiki Degrees. It teaches you how to give a self-treatment as well as how to administer a treatment to others. A Reiki treatment is a simple method of laying on of hands.
